Give Tenant and Leasing Calls a Clear Next Step

A tenant reporting a leak needs different questions from a prospective renter. Your receptionist follows the intake and escalation rules you approve, without making a repair or dispatch promise.

Maintenance calls do not stop when the office closes. We separate routine requests from issues that need your on-call contact, while keeping leasing and owner inquiries organized.

The Problem

  • •Tenants report maintenance problems after office hours
  • •Leasing inquiries arrive while managers are showing a unit
  • •Owners and vendors call the same line as residents
  • •Vague messages leave the on-call team without a unit or callback number

How RescueMyCalls Helps

  • Capture the property, unit, caller name, callback details and description of the issue
  • Ask whether there is immediate danger, active water or a loss of essential service under your script
  • Separate tenant maintenance, leasing, owner and vendor inquiries
  • Text back missed callers and send an email summary after every call
  • Growth and Pro book approved appointments and transfer urgent requests to your on-call contact under your rules

Choose the call flow your business needs

Growth is usually the starting point when after-hours escalation needs live transfer. Starter can log routine inquiries but does not transfer emergencies. Pro adds a supported CRM connection, lead logging and up to three phone numbers.

Clear limits, agreed before go-live

For fire, gas, dangerous flooding or another immediate threat, callers should contact 911 and the on-call contact. The receptionist is not emergency dispatch and does not guarantee a repair response. Never ask callers to enter an unsafe area.

Not sure how many calls you miss?

Start with a free missed-call audit. We call your business 3 times this week and show you what happens.

Questions about answering for property management

What happens if a tenant reports fire, gas or dangerous flooding?

The approved script directs callers with immediate danger to 911 and the on-call contact. Growth and Pro can also transfer under your urgent-call rules. The service does not replace emergency dispatch.

Can it create a maintenance work order?

It always captures and summarizes the request. Creating a record in your property software requires a supported connection on Pro, confirmed during setup. It does not automatically dispatch a vendor.

Can it answer leasing questions?

Yes, using your approved availability and policy information. It does not make screening decisions, approve applicants or give legal advice.
