This page provides general information about our policies and is not legal advice. Consult a qualified attorney for legal questions.

RescueMyCalls ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and retain personal information when you visit our website, contact us or use our services.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide when you request a demo, submit an inquiry, book a call or use our services. This may include your name, email address, phone number, business name, industry, plan choice, coupon code and details about your request.

We also collect booking details from our scheduling tool, such as appointment times, contact details and booking notes. When providing the service, we may process call recordings, call transcripts and summaries, text messages, website chat messages and the details callers share.

We may collect basic website usage data, such as IP address, browser and device information, pages visited and request logs. Our website and scheduling tools may use cookies or similar technologies needed to operate, remember settings and support bookings.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our services.
  • Process requests, respond to inquiries, schedule appointments and send reminders.
  • Send you technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support messages.
  • Communicate with you about our services in accordance with your consent and preferences.
  • Support billing, prevent misuse, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes.

We may contact you about your inquiry by phone, text message and email at the number and email you provide, including calls and texts using automated technology or an AI voice. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run the service, such as phone and text carriers, AI and voice providers, scheduling tools, email delivery, hosting and payment processing providers. They receive the information needed to perform their functions for us, subject to applicable confidentiality and data protection obligations.

Our website scheduling uses Cal.com for appointment details, email delivery uses Resend for inquiry notifications, and website hosting uses Replit. Additional service providers depend on the customer's agreed setup. We do not share customer information with unrelated businesses for their marketing.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Providers that help deliver messages may process the information needed to deliver those messages on our behalf. This operational processing is not permission to use your mobile information or consent for their own marketing.

4. Security

We take reasonable measures to help protect your personal information from loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.

No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. How We Use AI

Calls, texts and website chats may be answered and processed by AI systems to answer questions, capture details, book appointments and create summaries. Calls may be recorded and transcribed. AI can make mistakes, so important details should be confirmed with the business.

6. Customer Caller Data

When we provide the service to a business customer, we process their callers' information on that customer's behalf and according to their instructions. That business is responsible for its own privacy notices, lawful instructions and any required consent for calls, texts and recordings. If your request concerns information held for a business customer, we may direct you to that business or help it respond.

7. Opting Out and Getting Help

Reply STOP to any text to opt out of text messages. Reply HELP for help. You can also ask the AI or our team on a call to stop calling, or email rescuemycalls@gmail.com to opt out of calls, texts or emails. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

8. Data Retention

We keep information as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes. When it is no longer needed for these purposes, we delete or de-identify it.

9. Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing rescuemycalls@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Some state laws may give you additional rights. We respond subject to applicable law and any lawful retention requirements.

10. Children

The service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child under 13 has provided information to us, contact us so we can address it and delete the information as appropriate.

11. Health Information

Customers must not use the service to collect protected health information unless a separate written business associate agreement is signed with us. The standard service does not include such an agreement.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our service or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy here and update the Last Updated date. We will provide additional notice of material changes when required by law.
